Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our guidelines regarding fee refunds and class cancellations.

Refunds

All admission fees, monthly fees, and course packages are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dropping out of a course, relocation, or medical reasons.
Event and workshop registration fees are also non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the academy.

There are no refunds for classes missed by the student.
Make-up classes for student absences are not guaranteed and are subject strictly to instructor availability and management discretion.
If the academy cancels a class due to instructor absence or emergency, a make-up class will be scheduled.
The academy reserves the right to close due to extreme weather, emergencies, or government directives. Compensation for such closures will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
